FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- You probably ate all the food there was on Thanksgiving, and then some. Well, if you've got room for one more delicious dish, Chef Shayna is here to deliver. She's got a recipe that's out of this world: Monkey Bread.
4 Cans refrigerated biscuits
1 cup sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
In a ziplock bag, combine cinnamon & sugar.
Cut the separated biscuits into 1/4 pieces and roll into a ball. Place a handful of the balls into the bag of cinnamon & sugar and shake to coat.
Place coated balls into a greased prepared bundt pan. Layering the biscuits until you have used them all.
In a saucepan, melt butter and combine brown sugar and remaining cinnamon sugar. Stir until melted and well mixed.
Pour on top of the biscuits.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
