Professional Clothes Closet helps students look their best for job interviews.

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Everyday many of us put on our best suits and dresses to head to work. However for college students that professional wardrobe isn't exactly very big, so Fresno City College students are joining efforts to expand clothing opportunities for their fellow classmates.

Fresno City College is now accepting interview-appropriate clothing for its newly relocated Professional Clothes Closet and Student Learning Lab. Originally established in 1996, the professional clothes closet (formerly known as suiting up for success), was located at Manchester Center. The program has helped an average of 200-300 students each semester in securing appropriate interview attire - all donated by local business leaders and professional/community organizations.

The off-campus location made it difficult for students to visit the site and a challenge for accepting donations.

The clothes closet is now accepting donations of interview-appropriate attire. Call the Fresno City College Business Division at 442-8222.
