Fresno County Sheriff's Office searching for Calwa man suspected of lewd acts with a child

CALWA, Calif. (KFSN) -- The Fresno County Sheriff's Office needs your help tracking down a man suspected of lewd acts with a child.

David Perez, 43, is accused of touching a young girl inappropriately over the course of several years in Calwa. The girl's mother just recently reported it to police. She said her daughter was too scared to tell anyone about it at first.

Since taking the report, detectives have not been able to find Perez and they believe he may have fled to Mexico.
