Police arrest man in Southeast Fresno after finding loaded gun and cocaine during traffic stop

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A man is in police custody after officers found a loaded gun and cocaine during a traffic stop in Southeast Fresno.

Police pulled over Joe Phengduang Monday night while on patrol in the area of Montecito and Fifth. During the search of the vehicle, they found this gun and cocaine that the suspect admitted belonged to him.

Officers arrested him and booked him into the Fresno County Jail for possession of a loaded concealed firearm and narcotics.
