Grizzlies Bobblehead Tournament determines giveaway
FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The Fresno Grizzlies are calling on the public to decide who they should make a Bobblehead of to give away later this season.
The Grizzlies have included 64 individuals who will compete against each other in a March Madness style bracket. The first round of voting started on Monday at 9 a.m.
Featured first round match-ups include Jason Oliveira vs. Hammer, Tommy Tran vs. Ryan Williams, Sheriff Margaret Mims vs. Police Chief Jerry Dyer, Mayor Ashley Swearengin vs. Councilmember Clint Olivier, Fashawn vs. Cher, Pat Hill vs. Tim DeRuyter, B95's Carmen vs. Q97's Greg, Parker vs. known mascot tormentor Robin Lopez, and David Carr vs. Derek Carr.
The winner of the tournament will have their likeness placed on a Bobblehead that is given away to the first 1,500 fans at the Saturday, August 22nd Fresno Grizzlies game.
