Suspected hit-and-run driver sought after deadly crash in Fresno

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The California Highway Patrol is asking for the public's help to track down a suspected hit-and-run driver.

Investigators say Ruben Perez, 36, was driving a Kia Sedona on Sunday, when he lost control near Highway 180 and Cedar Avenue in Central Fresno. He hit another car with two people inside -- Robert Sandoval, 43, and Mary Sandoval, 55, of Reedley. Mary was killed.

The CHP says Perez ran away on foot.
