FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A mistrial was declared on Monday in the case of a Fresno man accused of raping a woman nearly 14 years ago.

Eddie Ricky Nealy already faces a death sentence for the 1985 rape and murder of 14-year-old Jody Wolfe of Fresno. Nealy wasn't charged with the crime for more than 20 years, and in the meantime, he was convicted of two rapes.

Nealy has been in the Fresno County Jail since April 2007. He will be back in court on Sept. 17 for a settlement conference.
