Man in critical condition after shooting in central Fresno

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A man is at Community Regional Medical Center in critical condition after a shooting in central Fresno.

The Fresno Police Department was called to the area of Normal Ave. and Mayfair Dr. at about 5:30 pm.

Police say the victim, a 36-year-old man, was the one who called 911 after he was shot in the arm and chest.
