Fresno State offensive coordinator let go

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Fresno State head coach Tim DeRuyter announced Monday that offensive coordinator Dave Schramm will not be retained and a search for a new offensive coordinator will begin immediately.

In a statement made by DeRuyter he said the decision was a very difficult one but thought it was necessary to move forward.

Also in his statement he thanked Schramm for his contributions to the team.

DeRuyter also said his evaluation of the remainder of the coaching staff is ongoing and will announce any further changes when that evaluation is complete.
