FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Fresno State is honoring CSULB student Noehemi Gonzalez and the other Paris terror attack victims this weekend.

On Saturday, the university held a ceremony to lower its flags to half-staff. "It really hit home with a sister campus-- a student being involved. It could be any one of our students. She was involved in the student travel program, and we have programs like that with students traveling. Fortunately, we didn't have any students in Paris at the time," said Tom Uribes, Fresno State Public Information Officer.

Fresno State does have faculty members who have taught in France or traveled there as part of their own studies.
