A judge decided today there is not enough evidence to put Veronica Brouwer on trial for the death of her two-month-old girl.

Police originally said the infant died of blunt force trauma, but a defense expert testified on Tuesday there was no trauma and the girl clearly died of sudden infant death syndrome. The autopsy was conducted by a pathologist who is under scrutiny for problems with alcohol.

Dozens of friends and family members came to court to support Brouwer in court.
