Investigators are trying to identify a body found in a burned out car overnight between Visalia and Hanford.
The car somehow caught fire at First Avenue and Houston Avenue around 11:30 p.m. Sunday. Once the flames were out, firefighters noticed a body in the backseat of the car and called the Kings County Sheriff's Office.
Detectives say the death appears to be suspicious, but no other details are being released.
