FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Action News fitness expert Rhonda Murphy shows you three exercises you can do to target your hips.
The first is a march. Using a large stick for balance, do 10 repetitions and add more gradually.
A side leg lift will also target the hip. Remove the stick to make this workout harder.
Finally, pulling back the leg can also provide results. Like the first exercise, add more reps as you get stronger.
