When starting a walking routine what better workout partner than your dog. It's important to start your dog out nice and easy. You and your best friend should begin with 20 to 30 minutes of walking.
If your dog needs to drop a few pounds you want to go at an easy pace. You don't want to irritate his hips. Watch the heat, it can also wear your dog out.
