Exercises to help work strength and balance while in the gym. (KFSN)

When training we tend to strengthen the muscle for the job at hand. For example, when you play a specific sport you want to strengthen the muscles for that sport.

Tennis is Geri's sport and with that your strength needs to come in more explosive bursts. You also need to have endurance to last for several matches. Balance is one of the components that is very commonly missed.
