When I get a little worked up and I feel like my heads going to explode, my best medicine is short bursts of high intensity activity.
I like to hit a punching bag and that really gets my energy cranking. I feel relief and it feels good to hit something. But it's important that while working out your stress you do not hurt yourself.
For boxing, it's all in the prep, you want to make sure you wrap your wrists, use proper gloves, use a bag that has some give and just start off nice and slow control-- okay, maybe a little out of control and just have some fun.
