Large fire damages home in Northwest Fresno

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Firefighters say a large fire in Northwest Fresno Saturday evening destroyed a home from the inside out.

Footage from neighbors shows flames shooting out of the garage -- and that's where firefighters believe the fire started. The smoke from the house could be seen for miles, and because of that smoke, there is heavy damage to the inside of the home.

Luckily no one was injured or inside when the fire started. The cause is still under investigation.
