Kerman police search for suspect who stole 19 propane tanks from storage locker

KERMAN, Calif. (KFSN) -- Kerman Police need your help in identifying a thief who broke into a propane tank storage locker.

Security cameras captured a man stealing 19 propane tanks on August 15. The robber has tattoos covering both arms and appears to be wearing an ankle monitor. It also looks like he has tattoos on his upper chest and neck area.

The thief arrived in a dark colored Dodge four-door sedan with custom rims.
