MADERA COUNTY (KFSN) -- The Madera County Board of Supervisors will be holding a special meeting Monday morning after recent accusations of sexual and racial harassment by a District Attorney.

Supervisors will consider publicly censuring District Attorney David Linn. A sheriff's deputy complained about Linn, and the Board of Supervisors paid for an independent investigation.

Outside attorneys are said to have found evidence of Linn making sexist or sexually explicit comments to and about employees and female crime victims. They also reportedly found he made racist comments and threatened employees.

Linn denies doing anything wrong and calls the accusations politically motivated.

Linn is an elected official.
