Hit-and-run driver sought in Madera crash that caused power outage

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Police say a hit-and-run crash knocked out power to the east side of Madera. The crash happened Friday night on Raymond Road near Cleveland Avenue.

A vehicle ran into a power pole and left the scene. Madera police officers shut down the intersection while PG&E worked to repair the damage. Investigators say the suspect vehicle may be a white SUV.
