Man accused of vandalizing Fulton Street pleads not guilty
Detectives used surveillance video to identify 53-year old Dallas Blanchard as the suspect who tossed white paint on several street signs back in October.

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Detectives used surveillance video to identify 53-year old Dallas Blanchard as the suspect who tossed white paint on several street signs back in October.

Police believe he may be responsible for five other cases of vandalism on Fulton Street.

In a Facebook post, the activist has said he believes the City of Fresno is gentrifying Fulton.

Blanchard was also the first person arrested under the City of Fresno's homeless camping ordinance.

He's due back in court for a pre-trial hearing on February 26th.
