Man arrested for car jacking in Visalia

VISALIA, Calif. (KFSN) -- Officials say 31-year-old Desean Eades took the keys from a driver and drove off with the vehicle.

When officers responded they spotted the stolen car. Eades tried to drive away but lost control of the car.

He got out and ran away but was ultimately taken into custody.

Eades is now booked on robbery, vehicle theft, and possession of stolen property.
