Man arrested in Fresno with backpack full of laptops from elementary school

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A school burglary suspect is in the Fresno County Jail after being caught with a backpack full of laptops in East Central Fresno.

Police arrested 25-year-old Timothy Allen just before one Tuesday morning. Officers said he tossed out a backpack with six laptops and tools as he rode a bike away from Ericson Elementary School.

Police were responding to the school for a burglar alarm.

This is Scrugg's second similar arrest for burglary to an elementary school in less than two months.
