Man in jail after robbing Little Caesar's Pizza in Southwest Fresno, police say

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Authorities say 29-year-old David Tejeda walked into the restaurant, punched an employee and stole a pizza and drink before leaving.

Officers spotted the suspect a few blocks from the scene and arrested him.

Police say Tejeda later admitted to the crime. He faces robbery, assault and theft charges.
