FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Federal officials are offering a $5 million reward to find a Tulare native who is also considered a major drug kingpin in Mexico.

The U.S. State Department issued the reward for 35-year-old Jose Maria Guizar Valencia. He's believed to be leading a faction of a notorious Mexican drug cartel.
