Fresno fire investigators are looking for the cause of an early morning fire in North Fresno.

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Fresno fire investigators are looking for the cause of an early morning fire in North Fresno.

The fire broke out in an apartment near Barstow and Fresno around 4 a.m. Thursday. Firefighters were able to contain the flames to one unit, but several other units may have received smoke damage.

No one was injured in the fire. The cause is under investigation, but authorities say they are looking into any links between the fire and a recent eviction that happened in the unit.
