FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- If you bought a Groupon and let it expire, you could get a refund for more than the Groupon was worth.

The company just agreed to an $8.5 million settlement following a class action lawsuit. Now customers who bought a Groupon between November 2008 and December 2011 qualify for a 130-percent refund in the form of credits toward future Groupons.

To receive the settlement award, you'll need the barcode of the voucher you never used.
