Jury finds Lee Saysanasy guilty of murder

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Lee Saysanasy was found guilty of second degree murder in the 2011 shooting of Alvin Khamchan.

Surveillance video captured the murder, but Saysanasy tried to claim his actions were in self-defense.

Self-defense was also an issue in 1992 when Saysanasy shot and killed another man at another restaurant. He admitted to manslaughter in that case.

Saysanasy is facing life in prision.
