15-year-old to be charged as adult in Porterville murder case

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A teenager accused of helping murder his cousin in Porterville will be charged as an adult.

The Tulare County District Attorney's Office says 15-year-old Daniel Patrick Hernandez helped kill 36-year-old Frank Baca -- who was stabbed to death on July 26th.

Police say they found Hernandez hiding out in Bakersfield. He is now in the Tulare County Juvenile Detention facility.

Another one of Baca's cousin, 39-year-old Patrick Baca Junior, was arrested for the murder the same day.
