Authorities investigate a homicide in Goshen

The Tulare County Sheriff's Office said it is looking for 24-year-old Allen Ray Horsley. Investigators are calling him a person of interest in an overnight homicide.

Around 1 a.m. on Thursday, Deputies responded to reports of a gunshot victim on Betty Drive near Highway 99. The victim was rushed to a local hospital where he died from his injuries. Authorities have not released the victim's identity.
