The Fresno Police Department is investigating threats made against students at a local high school. Now, administrators at San Joaquin Memorial say school is closed to students and staff on Tuesday because of credible threats. St. Anthony's School will also be closed due to those same threats, according to the school's principal.

Fresno police say they were made aware of a student who made a threat on social media to "shoot up the school with an AK-47." Police say they went to the student's house, and they're working to get a search warrant to see if there's any evidence that would make these threats credible.

Students from SJM sent Action News a screenshot of an Instagram profile that appears to be associated with a sophomore from this school. The comments are lyrics from an Eminem song and allude to shooting and killing people with an AK-47 and other weapons.

Police say no arrests have been made.

San Joaquin Memorial's principal said in an email addressed to students she's going to be in contact with students and staff again Tuesday morning to provide any developing information.
