Man arrested for molesting child in Tulare, police say

TULARE, Calif. -- 69-year-old Jose Carrillo was taken into custody near Lincoln Elementary School in Tulare Sunday afternoon.
A witness called police while following Carrillo as he allegedly led a 12-year-old child to a home in the area.
Other witnesses told police they saw Carrillo attempt to kiss the child.
Officers arrived about ten minutes later to make the arrest. Investigators suspect Carrillo may have tried to lure other children away from the school.
Anyone who recognizes him and has information about similar incidents is asked to contact Tulare police.
