15 year-old hospitalized after being stabbed in Selma

SELMA, Calif. (KFSN) -- Selma police are investigating a stabbing that happened around 11 p.m. Saturday night near Magnolia Street and Thompson Avenue.

We have just learned that a 15-year-old was the victim who was stabbed in the chest and stomach.

He is being treated at Community Regional Medical Center and is expected to survive.

Officials say they do not have a suspect in custody at this time.
