Man arrested following hours long stand-off in Dinuba

DINUBA, Calif. (KFSN) -- Officers had tried to track down 30-year-old Cesar Cabrera since Monday after he allegedly threw a homemade explosive device at police.

Officers eventually caught up with Cabrera around 11 a.m. before he barricaded himself inside his home.

After more than five hours of negotiations, Cabrera exited the home on his own and was taken into custody.

He is now facing numerous charges including the assault of a police officer.
