Man arrested on drug charges in Central Fresno

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A man is in police custody after he was found with drugs and drug paraphernalia.

Officials say 33-year-old Randy Kong was pulled over for driving with his headlights off near First Street and Tulare Avenues in Central Fresno.

During the stop, they saw Kong trying to hide the items in his waistband.

Kong was eventually arrested and booked into the Fresno County Jail on sales and transportation charges of methamphetamine and marijuana.
