Fresno residents protest against Devin Nunes after memo release

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- That four-page memo was written by Central Valley Representative Devin Nunes.

Saturday, members of the local community joined together in Northeast Fresno to protest the congressman and the release of the documents.

VEEP Executive Director Hilima Aquino said, "I think there's a lot of people around the country who are upset. They should know the district from which he comes, cause this is his territory, Devin Nunes. He needs to know there are people here that don't agree with what he's doing."

About 150 people attended the event including counter-protestors who say the release of the memo was justified.
