Fresno State Football adds 15 players on National Signing Day
14 of the 15 new Bulldogs signed on the new early signing period back in December, 8 of those are from the Central Valley.

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- There's a different vibe around this National Signing Day as for the first time this past December marked the early signing period.

"It's totally different. It's totally different. Usually the night before signing day you are putting guys to bed making sure guys are solid," said Bulldogs head coach Jeff Tedford.

14 of the 15 new Bulldogs signed on the new early signing period back in December, with 8 of those coming from the Central Valley.

"There's a lot of decision making that goes into it. There's a lot of benefits of staying home and staying around your family for life after football. It's not just about the next four years but the next 40 years of their life," Tedford said. "There's a job to finish, to win this conference championship and I think we are going to carry that as motivation through this off-season."
