The Tulare County Sheriff's office says 32-year-old, Homero Ontiveros, from Earlimart, was taken into custody by Indio police in Southern California, Wednesday.

Authorities say he was arrested after robbing and shooting at a Brinks security guard while the guard was putting cash into a bank ATM.
