Valley students offer free tax help

FRESNO, Calif. -- Some teenagers who may have never actually worked a job are offering to do your taxes for free.

Roosevelt High School's Business Academy has already prepared taxes for more than 100 people this year, and students have offered this service for 25 years now.

The kids learned how to do it in school and spent four Saturdays going through IRS training. They say they're happy to give back to the community and to convince people they're pretty good at this.

Students will also be doing taxes at Roosevelt high for the next two Saturdays, from 9 a.m. to 12 noon.
