The San Jose nightclub where five people were shot during a Chris Brown concert is about to be shut down.

The San Jose Police Department has suspended Fiesta Nightclub's entertainment permit for two months. Officials say state regulators also suspended the club's liquor license. The 60-day suspensions begin Friday. Concerts scheduled there are cancelled.

Police say Brown wasn't injured in the Jan. 11 shooting. Cellphone video posted online by fans show the Grammy-winning singer wincing as shots ring out, then being ushered away.

All five people that were shot are expected to be okay.

No arrests have been made.
