Visalia woman hit by pickup while pushing baby in stroller

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Jasmina Uson, 38, was seriously injured after she was hit by a pickup truck while pushing a 1-month-old baby in a stroller.

Police said 56-year-old Donald Presser was driving out of a private parking lot on Caldwell Avenue near the Sequoia Mall, when his GMC pickup truck hit Uson.

Police said Uson was severely injured. She was taken to Kaweah Delta Medical Center and remains in serious condition. Police said the baby was not injured.

Officers are still investigating the cause of the accident.
