Police investigate a deadly shooting in Madera

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Madera police say a man has died after being shot just after 10 p.m. Thursday near Lacreta Avenue and Merced Street.

Investigators say the 35-year-old victim died at Community Regional Medical Center in Downtown Fresno. His name has not been released.

Police are still searching for the gunman.
