3 arrested for 2 Merced County pharmacy robberies

FRESNO, Calif. -- The Merced County Sheriff's office said the suspects stole pain medication during armed robberies from pharmacies in Planada and Delhi.

Deputies arrested 42 year old Richard Adams, 23-year-old Hilberto Allen Adams, and 29-year-old Orlando Brasil -- all from Turlock. They also served search warrants at two Turlock homes.

All three face charges related to armed robbery. Authorities say the investigation is ongoing.
