Visalia police arrested three teens on attempted murder charges

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Visalia police arrested three teens on attempted murder charges. They say 18-year-old Johnny Ramirez shot two rival gang members on Houston near Church around 7pm Saturday night.

Officers spotted Ramirez leaving the scene and caught him with the help of a K9. They also arrested 18-year-old Ricardo Romero and 19-year-old Anthony Ontiveros in connection with the shooting.

The two victims are expected to recover.
