Apartment fire leaves several families homeless
It happened at a two-story apartment complex on Fairmont and Marks Avenues in northwest Fresno.

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- At least three families were left without a home Saturday morning after a fire left their apartment complex damaged.

It happened at a two-story apartment complex on Fairmont and Marks Avenues in northwest Fresno. Authorities said the fire totaled at least one apartment, left two damaged, and the fourth without electricity or gas.

Investigators believe the fire may have started in an upstairs bedroom, and are still working to determine the exact cause of the fire.

No injuries were reported.
