Armed robbery at Herba-Life in central Fresno

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Fresno police are investigating an armed robbery at a "Herba-Life" store in east-central Fresno.

It happened just after 7:00 p.m. on Monday near Maple and Illinois. Police say a man in his early 20's walked into the store with a red bandana over his face. Armed with a handgun he demanded money from the store clerk then ran away.

He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and dirty ripped jeans.

Investigators are asking for the publics help in identifying him. If you have any information you should call Fresno police.
