A quarantine order to protect citrus from a deadly bug now includes all of Tulare County.

TULARE COUNTY, Calif. -- A quarantine order to protect citrus from a deadly bug now includes all of Tulare County.

Owner Roger Smith developed the high-tech structures after the very first find of Asian Citrus Psyllid in California.

Smith said, "We started back then protecting our facilities and moving into a different growing practice which functionally means we changed our entire business plan to be able to protect the citrus industry from the threat of HLB."
