Fresno gun store theft lands man in jail, 2 robbers still sought
Authorities are making progress investigating two separate crimes at a Fresno gun store.

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Police are making progress investigating two separate crimes at a Fresno gun store.

Last week, Fresno Firearms Unlimited was robbed at gunpoint. Fresno police say surveillance video shows the suspects forcing the female owner to the ground before stealing 13 handguns.

Detectives are now releasing pictures of the car the two men got away in. They show it's a pearl white Cadillac sedan. Anyone who has seen this car, or knows who drives it, is asked to call Fresno police.

Investigators have also arrested a man in a separate theft at the same gun shop. Police say Jesus Sanchez was arrested and booked into jail this weekend. Detectives say he admitted to stealing a gun from the store. They also say he took a photo of himself holding the stolen firearm.

Officers are trying to figure out if Sanchez knew about the most recent takeover robbery. One man was critically hurt in that violent armed robbery. Officers say the 85-year-old victim was delivering coffee to the gun store owner when he was shoved by the robbers as they tried to get away.
