FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A Fresno man was arrested after being accused of tasing someone and then leading police on a slow-speed pursuit.

Manuel Uribe, 50, allegedly confronted his girlfriend's friend because he thought his girlfriend was having an affair with him. Fresno police say Uribe, who is confined to a wheelchair, tased the man and drove off.

Officers caught up with him on Highway 41 and McKinley Avenue, but he refused to pull over. Police say he reached speeds of just 40 mph, but got off on Ashlan Avenue. Uribe was arrested and booked into the Fresno County Jail.
