FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Fresno police arrested a man in central Fresno Wednesday night for setting off homemade bombs.
Police said 49-year-old Alan Robertson was arrested at his home near Palm and Shields. Officers responded after neighbors reported he'd been setting off bombs for months and firing off guns. Police said Robertson admitted he'd been setting off firecrackers but when they entered his home they found boxes of explosive devices as well as bomb-making materials.
Officers also found a loaded revolver, rifle, shotgun, silencer, pistol, five to ten pounds of marijuana, cocaine, and meth.
Robertson was taken into custody and facing several charges.
